At the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, as a football club we had to introduce measures designed to help restrict the spread of the virus.
These unfortunately included the temporary removal of players’ public appearances and autograph/merchandise signing sessions, due to risk of transmission.
As restrictions eased, staff and players began to respond to requests on social media for shirts to be signed, and they have been brilliant in personally fulfilling dozens of these requests in recent weeks.
Unfortunately, due to the rise in cases nationally and the restricted access to the training ground for the club’s skeleton staff, it will not be possible to get items signed by the Hatters squad as we attempt to maintain a safe environment for all.
We are sorry that this is the case for the time being, and we ask you respectfully not to send requests to players and staff directly on social media, but please email info@lutontown.co.uk where appropriate.
