Two of our forthcoming matches; against Millwall on the 20th October and Nottingham Forest on the 28th October, have been selected for broadcast by Sky. As such, these matches will not be generally available via iFollow.
However, 2020-21 season ticket holders will be able to access the matches via our streaming service.
Further to our communication by email on Thursday 8th October - we would like to remind season ticket holders of the process which will enable them access via iFollow.
- To enable us to allow access via iFollow – we must provide EFL Digital with the names and email addresses of our season ticket holders. They will then match these details to supporters on the iFollow database, and open up access to watch the match via the app or our website.
- As previously communicated, the email address associated with your season ticket, and the email address associated with your iFollow account MUST MATCH.
- If you do not already have an iFollow account, please click here to set up a free account using the email address registered to your season ticket account, by 5pm on Wednesday 14th October.
For televised games, it will not be necessary to redeem codes. Season ticket holders will simply log in, and the match will be available to watch via the match centre or the app.
If you do not wish us to pass on your details for the sole purpose of enabling access via iFollow for televised games, you must notify us by noon on Wedensday 14th October by completing this very short form: https://bit.ly/33G8m83 . This deadline has been extended slightly to ensure supporters have had time to take action.
Please note that if you request that we don’t pass on your details, you will not have access to the games via iFollow.
Thank you for your co-operation.
