The Hatters will face fellow Championship side Reading at Kenilworth Road in the Emirates FA Cup Third Round.
The two sides met earlier in the season in the Carabao Cup second round and Jordan Clark's header gave the Hatters a 1-0 win against the Royals at the Madejski Stadium.
Last season, the Hatters failed to make it past the Third Round after a 4-0 loss to AFC Bournemouth but will look to go at least one step further this time around.
The Third Round tie will take place across the weekend of Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th January 2021 and confirmation of the specific date and kick-off time will be confirmed in due course.
