With games unfortunately now having to be played behind closed doors due to the Government's tier 4 restrictions, the ticket office, including our phone lines will be closed until Thursday 31st December 2020.
During this period, if you have any queries regarding iFollow, recent season ticket groupings or any other urgent issue then please email ticketoffice@lutontown.co.uk
We will endeavour to respond to your query as quickly as possible, but within 48 hours of receipt of your message.
A further update to opening hours from Thursday 31st December will be advised.
CLUB SHOP
With tier 4 measures now in effect, please note that our retail stores in Park Street and at Kenilworth Road will be open for click & collect orders only. The cut-off date for orders is midday on Wednesday 23rd December. Visit hattersworld.co.uk to place an order.
Please note opening hours will be as follows:
Park Street Club Shop
- Monday – Saturday, 10am-4pm. Sunday 11am- 4pm.
- Christmas: Closing Friday 25th December. Reopening Tuesday 29th December.
Kenilworth Road Club Shop
- Monday - Friday, 10am-4pm
- Christmas: Closing Friday 25th December. Reopening Tuesday 29th December.
All customers will be required to wear face coverings when collecting orders and to respect social distancing measures as recommended.
