Step-by-step guide to ordering Watford tickets online

Tickets for our derby trip to Watford go on sale from 10am tomorrow and supporters are asked to book online where possible (see instructions below).

The Ticket Office would like to advise Diamond Season card holders that tickets cannot sell out during their sales period, and they are therefore are advised to utilise all week to acquire their tickets.

HOW TO ORDER TICKETS ONLINE:

1. Go to the e-ticketing page by clicking HERE

2. On the e-ticketing page, if using a PC click 'HOME AND AWAY GAMES' then click 'Away Games' (circled below). If using a mobile device, click on the three lines on the left-hand corner and make your way to Away Games. From here, select Watford v Luton Town.

3. If you are not already signed in, you will be prompted to do so using your unique client reference and password. Your client reference is the number located on your season card. If you are unsure of your password, you will need to click ‘Forgot your sign in details’ to reset this. If you haven’t already used the online system, you will need to ACTIVATE your account.

4. Once you are signed in you will be able to make your purchase and choose the number of tickets you wish to buy (the quantity tickets are set to one, click the plus sign to add more tickets). If purchasing multiple tickets make sure the ‘only show me seats together’ button is orange. Then click seating to show you the seats on the right-hand side.

5. You can now select which price categories you want by selecting one seat at a time. Use the orange scroll bar to scroll down to make your next selection of price category for your next ticket.

6. You will then need to assign the additional ticket(s) to different client references that qualify within the sales plan.

7. The box below will then appear and if the supporters are already in your network, they will be listed. If not within your current network, you can select search outside of your network. Search the member you wish to assign however you must know their client reference number to do this.

8. Once you have assigned each ticket to a different supporter that qualifies for a ticket, you can then proceed to checkout and complete the purchase. If you are trying to purchase for a supporter that does not qualify within the current sales period, an error message will occur. You can then reassign the ticket to an eligible supporter or remove seat.
