All season ticket holders should by now have updated their contact details to ensure that we are able to send iFollow codes to a current email address.
Please check your email - codes will arrive from [email protected].
If you have not already, we would encourage all supporters to add [email protected] to their address books and safe senders lists to prevent emails going into spam folders.
Commercial customers including box-holders, lounge and hospitality guests will receive their codes directly by email from Chris Bell, our commercial manager.
Once you have received your code, we would strongly encourage you to redeem your code as soon as possible. Instructions for how to redeem your code are included in the email.
When redeeming codes, please make sure you have entered your code, and applied it before completing the transactions. Several supporters have been charged, when completing the form without applying the code. Follow the steps below in order:
