New matchday ticketing plan introduced

Tickets for home fixtures to go on sale in batches of four, while pricing categories reduced to two

We would like to inform supporters of important changes to ticketing for home matches for the forthcoming season.

In a move designed to bring more clarity and to allow fans to plan ahead, tickets for home matches at Kenilworth Road in 2025/26 will now be released in batches of four.

Our aim moving forward is to release sales plans in subsequent groups of four games. After this initial batch, the next sales plan will be announced on Friday 29th August.

Beginning on Tuesday 15th July, tickets for the first four matches at Kenilworth Road will go on sale to Diamond season card holders at 10am.

Diamonds will still have a priority period to utilise their vouchers, before Hatters Members, with priority given to supporters with the longest continuous holding of membership.

Members are advised that this season’s change in membership categories will not affect your tenure, and will be counted along with previous seasons for your priority.

After members have had their priority period, any remaining tickets will go on sale to any other supporters wanting to attend. Previous purchasing history may be required for certain fixtures.

Ticketing arrangements and sales plans for cup fixtures will, however, continue to be published individually once we have agreed on pricing structures with our opposition.

Finally, in a further modification, there will now be just two match pricing categories rather than three. These are listed as follows:

Category A

£29 – Adult

£25 – Senior (over 66)

£21 – Golden Senior (over 75)

£25 – Young Adult (under 22)

£21 – Under 19

£13 – Under 17

£10 – Under 14

Category B

£26 – Adult

£22 – Senior (over 66)

£18 – Golden Senior (over 75)

£22 – Young Adult (under 22)

£18 – Under 19

£10 – Under 17

£8 – Under 14

Luton Town Chief Revenue Officer Ben Kensell said: “We have introduced this new process of releasing matches in batches of four to assist our supporters in being able to plan further in advance for which matches they want to attend.

“Supporters will know when games are going on sale, how long they will have to make the most of their priority window and having just two price categories is much clearer given the division we are in.

“We thank our supporters for their loyalty in renewing more than 7,300 season cards for the League One campaign ahead, and look forward to seeing a packed Kenny under the Friday night lights when we kick off the EFL season against AFC Wimbledon on 1st August.”

The first sales plan for the first four home league fixtures is detailed below:

Luton Town v AFC Wimbledon, Friday 1st August 2025, 8pm – Category B

Luton Town v Wigan Athletic, Tuesday 19th August, 7.45pm – Category B

Luton Town v Cardiff City, Saturday 23rd August, 12.30pm – Category A

Luton Town v Plymouth Argyle, Saturday 13th September, 3pm – Category A

If unable to do this, we strongly recommend supporters to arrive early to avoid queues at the ticket office and at turnstiles. We will offer postage of tickets ordered at this stage of the sales plan, however, recommend digital tickets as a better option due to the time post appears to be taking currently in some areas.
