We are delighted to announce the appointment to Jack Wilshere’s backroom staff of Jack Lamb-Wilson as Head of Analysis.
The pair first worked together at West Ham, when Wilshere was a player and Lamb-Wilson was working during a five-year spell as Performance and Post-Match Analyst at London Stadium.
Previous to that, he had gained valuable Premier League experience during a year as First Team Performance Analysis intern at Cardiff City, then two years as First Team Assistant Performance Analyst at Stoke City.
He arrives at Kenilworth Road to head up a department that already boasts Chloe Golding, who is now in her second season with the Hatters as Performance Analysis Assistant.
“Jack is someone whose understanding of the game and players is elite level,” said Wilshere. “I got to know him really well at West Ham, where I spent quite a bit of time out injured and started to learn about other aspects of football.
“He came in to help out in the build-up to the Northampton game, with Chloe working tirelessly on her own for the period before that. After three wins in as many matches, I’m so pleased to be able to make him a permanent addition to the staff.”
While we offer a warm Luton welcome to Jack, departing Kenilworth Road in recent days have been Head of Medical Danny Murphy and Club Doctor, Hasan Iqbal, who have both chosen to pursue opportunities away from football.
We thank both Danny and Hasan for their valuable contributions during their time at the Club and wish them the best of luck for their future careers.
