Hatters Membership Scheme for 2023/24 Premier League season!
By joining our membership scheme fans will have priority to gain access to home and away tickets*, exclusive Hatters membership-only items, monthly prize draws and a match-by-match ticket draw, whilst also building up your loyalty.
The Hatters membership scheme will continue to fill the gap between a season card and purchasing match-by-match tickets. Hatters members unable to secure a Season Card, or those who support the Club from afar, will have a priority window to purchase home match tickets at Kenilworth Road, increasing your chance of visiting the Kenny on a more regular basis. Please see priority purchasing windows detailed below:
Home Games:
- All season card holders have access to their seats via their Season Card.
- Diamond Season Card holders can book up to one additional ticket (one of the three vouchers).
- 2023/24 members who also purchased a 2022/23 membership will have the opportunity to purchase one ticket per member (like-for-like age band).
- 2023/24 members with a previous purchasing history on the ticketing database as of 10th May 2023 will be able to purchase one ticket per member (like-for-like age band).
- General sale (with a purchase history) or *2023/24 members without a previous purchase history.
Away Games:
- Diamond, Executive and Away Season Card holders one ticket per person (like-for-like age band).
- Season Card holders one ticket per person (like-for-like age band).
- 2023/24 members who also purchased a 2022/23 membership will have the opportunity to purchase one ticket per member (like-for-like age band).
- 2023/24 members with a previous purchasing history on the ticketing database as of 10th May 2023 will be able to purchase one ticket per member (like-for-like age band).
- General sale (with a purchase history) or 2023/24 members without a previous purchase history.
When you sign up to the Hatters membership scheme using your unique client reference number you will gain access to your appropriate priority window to purchase match tickets (shown above). Diamond Season Card holders have access to tickets in the first window, Season Card holders and members can purchase guest tickets when tickets are on general sale in the fifth priority window.
Adults can purchase their membership for £50 and Junior Hatters (Under-17s) for £10.
The benefits include:
- A priority window on home tickets (not applicable in your first season of membership if you do not have a previous purchase history on the ticketing database)
- A priority window on away tickets (not applicable in your first season of membership if you do not have a previous purchase history on the ticketing database)
- Free entry to all development and youth team games played at Kenilworth Road (*we reserve the right to exclude some Cup fixtures)

If you are unaware of your client reference number, please DO NOT register a new account as this will not show previous purchase history, instead contact on memberships@lutontown.co.uk and we will respond with your customer reference details.
If you have previously purchased on behalf of a child who attends with you and who does not have their own account, please register them an account and purchase the junior membership, after this email memberships@lutontown.co.uk with the client reference number and your own account details, and we will assign the correct privileges to the junior account.
Once you have joined the membership scheme you will receive immediate priority ticketing rights and entry into prize draws. If you orderd your pack prior to the 3rd of August (Adults) or the 17th of August (Juniors) you should have recieved your membership pack if not then please email ticketoffice@lutontown.co.uk. For any membership purchased past these dates you will recive your pack by the end of November 2023. After this point, memberships will be sent on a monthly basis.

Why are we introducing this membership scheme?
By joining our membership scheme fans will have the opportunity to gain exclusive access to competitions, gifts and priority on home and away tickets, as well as providing benefits as we approach our relocation to Power Court.
The scheme will improve how we manage tickets on a match by match basis, simplifying the process and making it easier for supporters to purchase tickets, while also giving each member the opportunity to build their own unique purchasing history.
As the scheme grows and progresses over future seasons, there will be further improvements and we will listen to your feedback to help us develop.
What is the Hatters & Junior Hatters Membership?
The Hatters membership scheme will fill the gap between a season card and purchasing match-by-match tickets. Hatters Members unable to secure a season card, or who support the Club from afar, will have the opportunity to purchase tickets as:
- 2nd priority for Home Tickets
- 3rd priority for Away tickets

How do I purchase a Membership?

How can I add other people to allow multiple ticket purchases?
- Link the other account to yours, using “MyNetwork”, which you can find located under “View Account Menu” once you have logged into your online account.
- If you are adding a child / partner – please use the same email address and last name to sign up. Please use the other person’s date of birth and first name.
Where Can I find my Client Reference Number?
- New customers can find their Client Reference Number on the confirmation emails
- Existing members will find their Client Reference Number on their membership cards.
- Season ticket holders can also find their Client Reference Number on their season card.
- For supporters still unable to locate their number, please email memberships@lutontown.co.uk stating your full name and postal address for a reminder.
How many tickets can I purchase with my membership?
- Your membership will allow 2nd priority for home and 3rd priority for away tickets, the sale period for memberships will be announced as tickets go on sale.
- The membership scheme will allow for 1 purchase per membership per game.
- Members will be able to link memberships and purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, as long as all parties are members by assigning each ticket to a different membership number during purchase.
When will I receive my membership pack?
- The first batch of membership packs will arrive early in September – due to some stock shortages with our suppliers.
- Subsequently we will aim to dispatch all new packs by the 15th of every month.
- Whilst you are waiting for the packs to arrive, please use the Client Reference Number in your email to purchase tickets.
What will happen to the current Junior Hatters?
- The current Junior Hatters scheme will cease as the new scheme offers brand new and exciting benefits, such as 2nd Priority on Home tickets and 3rd priority on away tickets.

- Unfortunately we will not be offering any discounts or concessions, as we believe the offering is great value and provides some excellent benefits
