1-0 up, 2-1 down, Town youngsters down Posh 3-2
The Town Under-18s maintained their unbeaten start in the Merit Division with a fine 3-2 win away to Peterborough on Saturday.
Geo Craig swept home from Osamu Allman’s cut-back in the 20th minute to give the Hatters the lead, only for Posh to score twice before the break to go in at half-time in front.
But the Hatters rallied in the second half and James Justin equalised on 67 minutes to make it 2-2.
And with five minutes left the comeback was complete when Isaac Galliford was fouled in the penalty area and Daril Ngwala converted the resultant spot-kick to give the young Hatters all three points.
