Experienced physio who celebrated his 500th game on the Town bench on the final day of the 2017-18 League Two promotion-winning campaign, having joined the club in 2010.
Previously held the same position at Rushden & Diamonds, a club he joined having gained part-time experience at Peterborough United and King's Lynn while forging his career with the NHS.
Simon was part of the Diamonds' rise from Non-League to League One, and has been a vital cog in the Hatters' progression from the Conference to the Championship in his time at Kenilworth Road.
