Eunan O'Kane arrived at Kenilworth Road in the 2020 January transfer window on an 18-month arrangement from Leeds United.
The Republic of Ireland international, 29, suffered a double leg break in just the third league game of his initial loan spell with the Hatters in the 2018-19 season but arrives back at The Kenny looking to step up his rehabilitation.
O’Kane started his youth career at Everton in 2009, before he moved to Coleraine and a season later, Torquay United.
His time with the Gulls was followed by four years spent at AFC Bournemouth up until 2016, making over 100 appearances for both clubs.
