Having arrived at Kenilworth Road as a winger, the 19-year-old has primarily been utilised as a right-back.
A Citizens’ academy graduate, Bolton was named in City’s Champions League squad last season, before joining League One outfit Wycombe Wanderers where he made ten appearances.
Was a member of the England Under-20 team that won the Toulon Tournament in 2017.
