FIRST TIME VISITORS TO KENILWORTH ROAD

Ten things you need to know before you leave home.

1: WHERE IS KENILWORTH ROAD?

Kenilworth Road is in the Bury Park area of Luton a few minutes by foot outside of Luton Town centre. Parking at Kenilworth Road is strictly limited, and unfortunately parking is unavailable to standard ticketholders. We’d recommend parking at Power Court, or one of the other town centre car parks and either taking a bus from Luton Station to Clifton Road on the Luton to Dunstable Busway, or walking to Kenilworth Road – which should take about 10 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: Kenilworth Road is now a cashless stadium. We accept contactless payments and card purchases at our shop, ticket office and refreshment kiosks.

Luton is approximately 30 minutes from London to the South and 20 minutes from Bedford to the North. Alight at Luton Town Station.

Arriva the Shires run a many local bus services that run into the town centre.

2: HOW CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET?

It’s very easy to purchase a ticket online using our online ticketing portal, but our ticket office is open from 10:00am to 5pm Monday to Friday and from 9am on matchdays. You can call the ticket office on 01582 416976, or email ticketoffice@lutontown.co.uk

3) WHERE SHOULD WE SIT?

Wherever you sit at Kenilworth Road, you’ll get a fantastic matchday experience.

If you’re coming to a match with younger children, you may prefer to sit in the Kenilworth Lower stand, which is our designated family stand. If you’re bringing a child for the first time, please do let the ticket office know, and we’ll present them with a special ‘My First Luton Town Match’ scarf too.

If you’re after a lively atmosphere around you, then we’d recommend sitting in the Oak Road end, or Blocks F and G in the main stand where there’s plenty of noise!

4) WHEN DO THE TURNSTILES OPEN?

The turnstiles open at 1:30pm for a Saturday match and 6:30 on a midweek evening. If you’re not sure which turnstile to go through, please ask a steward or one of our ‘Here to Help’ volunteers who will be able to assist you.

5) WHAT FOOD & DRINK IS AVAILABLE?

There are plenty of food and drinks kiosks all around the ground offering traditional matchday snacks and hot food and beverages at affordable prices. Please click here to see the full list of prices around the ground.

6) CAN I PURCHASE MERCHANDISE AT THE GROUND?

We have a Club shop at the top of Kenilworth Road, which stocks replica kit, leisure-wear, training-wear, coats, hats, scarves gifts and souvenirs – including some pocket-money items for children. There is a smaller ‘Matchday Store’ at the top of Oak Road selling a smaller range for merchandise, including programmes. We also have a larger store in Park Street, Luton Town Centre and an online store at hattersworld.co.uk

7) WHERE SHOULD WE GO FOR AUTOGRAPHS?

The players usually arrive around noon, and enter the ground via the main entrance in Maple Road signing autographs as they arrive. The players warm up ahead of the game between approximately 2:15 and 2:45. Players often take a moment to sign autographs after the warm-up by the SKF Clock (Kenilworth Road End) and also by the tunnel (main stand).

8) WHAT CAN WE DO BEFORE THE GAME?

Before entering the ground with your ticket, families are welcome to enjoy the Happy Harry’s Family Zone, which is outside the Kenilworth Road end by Harry’s Lunch Shack. For families seated in the Kenilworth Road end, the Hatters Hideout is available where PS4 Consoles are available along with table football, crafting, colouring activities and our library scheme. We are sorry that the Hatters Hideout is not accessible for main stand ticket holders.

We hold special ‘Family Fun Days’ 3 – 4 times a season, with additional activities around the ground before kick-off including live music, games, giveaways and season food and drinks offers.
