We are pleased to confirm ticket information to supporters for the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final at Wembley Stadium on 27th May 2023, 4:45pm kick-off.
Following the Second Leg victory over Sunderland, Luton Town face Coventry in the Final on 27th May 2023, 4:45pm Kick Off in a bid to win this year’s Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final and gain promotion.
Luton Town will be allocated 36,493 tickets for the East End of Wembley Stadium. Tickets will be sold from North Stand round to the South Stand.
To ensure a speedy ticket buying process supporters are advised to ensure they read all information below thoroughly as many questions are answered in the following text.
Pricing categories at Wembley Stadium are split into three sections and there is also a concession rate for supporters aged 65 and over as well as for children aged 16 and under. There is also a smaller reduction for those supporters aged 17 to 21.

Cat 1 - £98 Adults, £73.50 Young Adults, £49 Conc.
Cat 2 - £76 Adults, £57 Young Adults, £38 Conc.
Cat 3 - £64 Adults, £48 Young Adults, £32 Conc.
Cat 4 - £52 Adults, £39 Young Adults, £26 Conc.
Cat 5 - £36 Adults, £27 Young Adults, £18 Conc.
The price categories will be sold on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.
Due to the large volume of tickets needed to be sold and dispatched in such a short space of time, and following advice from the EFL, the Club will be using Ticketmaster to sell Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Tickets. They have many years of experience in selling tickets for large venues such as Wembley Stadium in a short space of time due to their robust website.
How to buy
Due to anticipated demand the Club and Ticketmaster advise all supporters will need to book online at www.eticketing.co.uk/lutontown
Tickets will not be sold through Luton Town Ticket Office, although the Ticket Office staff we be available to assist with booking queries during normal advertised opening hours.
Print at Home tickets or Digital tickets that can be held on a smartphone will be issued daily, other than those booked throughout the weekend. These will be issued on Monday morning.
Supporters will be asked for their ID/Client Reference Number. Each Client Reference number can purchase 6 tickets in one transaction.
Season Card Holders, 2022/23 Hatters Members and Executive members will be able to book 6 tickets each using their unique Client Ref numbers from 10am on Thursday 18th May. They do not need to allocate/assign these to other individual Client Ref numbers to complete a purchase. We do, however, recommend if they are booking for other Season Card holders or other supporters with a Client Ref, then they take the time to assign seats to the individual, so they are gaining a booking history in their own right.
We also need to reemphasise that the maximum seats that can be purchased in your basket in one transaction is 6. If you have multiple Season Card holders in your party this will not increase the number of tickets you can purchase in one transaction. You will need to complete further transactions and try to book seats together or as near as possible.

Ticket sales will be split into separate periods of sale for three client types.
Period 1: All 22/23 Season Card Holders and Executive members and anyone holding a 22/23 Hatters Membership.
Tickets on sale from 10am Thursday 18th May 2023
Using their unique client reference number Season card holders can purchase up to a maximum of six tickets and cannot purchase more tickets in a separate transaction once they have reached their client reference number limit.
Period 2: Supporters with a booking history of at least 5 league or cup fixtures this season.

Using their unique client reference number 22/23 this Client group can purchase up to a maximum of three tickets and cannot purchase more tickets in a separate transaction once they have reached their client reference number limit.
Period 3: Supporters with a Client reference number and a previous purchasing history on the Club database. (Excluding only a Coventry City ticket).

Using their unique client reference number these supporters can purchase up to a maximum of two tickets and cannot purchase more tickets in a separate transaction once they have reached their limit.
Disabled tickets
There are a number of Wheelchair and Ambulant Disabled tickets with accompanying Personal Assistant tickets available. These are sold under the same periods of sale but are available only by emailing disabilityliaison@lutontown.co.uk with details of your client reference number and a contact telephone number. EFL regulations and Luton Town terms and conditions apply, including the availability of age-related concessions.
There are a number of seats which have step free access that are recommended for persons with mobility difficulties which are positioned in Level 1 rows 30/31. Please note headsets and mini-induction loops need to be booked in advance, please enquire via Luton Town for details.
Important Information
Should you have any problems accessing your account with Ticketmaster please phone Luton Town Ticket Office on 01582 416976 or email ticketoffice@lutontown.co.uk for assistance. Supporters ID numbers are displayed on Season Tickets and on any previous online booking, so please check before calling.
Supporters should note that if they email, they are not guaranteed a response straight away, however, we will endeavour to contact within 48 hours due to the large volume of emails expected. Alternative ways of contact are to phone 01582 416976 or visit the Club in person.
Family area – Wembley Stadium have designated approximately 1700 seats (Blocks 105 to 108 in the East Side) as a Family Area for Luton Town supporters. Tickets in this area are only available to fans that are purchasing 16 and under tickets at a maximum of 4 children for every adult ticket.
Singing Area – Luton Town recommend fans who would like to sit in the designated singing area choose Blocks 111/112 for Team East.
Standing Area – Wembley Stadium has received approval for licensed standing areas as of the 2022-23 season. The standing area is located at the rear of the 3 blocks behind the goals on Level 1, at either end of the Stadium, incorporating around 867 seats. Please purchase tickets in the Standing Area if you wish to stand, as standing is not permitted in any other area of the Stadium.
Booking Fees – There is a £2.50 per ticket booking fee for every ticket sold online or over the phone.
Delivery - £1.25 for digital delivery per transaction.
14 Years and Under – All children aged 14 years & under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Babies – Children under the age of 2 are not permitted access into the Stadium, including in hospitality areas. Children aged 2 years and over will be permitted entry with a valid match ticket.

Crowd flags and Musical Instruments – Any supporters wishing to take flags or musical instruments to Wembley Stadium must obtain permission. Please contact the Ticket Office to request permission. Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying flags or musical instruments without prior permission will not be permitted to enter with them. Wembley Stadium have strict policies with regards to supporters bringing in musical instruments or flags. For more information, please contact Supporter Liaison Officer at the Club.
Official Coaches – Official Coach Travel is available from Bobbers Travel Club. This will be sold via the Ticket Office online or by phone or in person, click HERE for more information. Please only make your Coach Travel arrangements after you have purchased your match ticket. Coach travel is subject to availability and will be sold on a first come first served basis and booking a space on the coach does not guarantee you a match ticket nor does it include a ticket within the price.
Travel – Wembley Stadium will shortly be issuing a full travel pack for Luton Town supporters to travel to Wembley.
Car Parking – Parking for supporters and supporter coaches can be purchased via www.wembleyofficialparking.com or by telephone 020 8903 6966. Car Parking is charged at £120 per coach and £40 per car if booked in advance. Parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.
Blue Badge Parking at Wembley Stadium is available to purchase at a discounted cost of £15 per space. Subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.
No resale of Tickets – It is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, for any unauthorised person to sell tickets.
