The Hatters will face fellow Premier League opposition for the first time on a pre-season friendly trip to Molineux to take on Wolves on Wednesday 2nd August.
After travelling to Colchester to face Ipswich, and then Hillsborough to take on another newly-promoted Championship side in Sheffield Wednesday at the end of July, Town begin August with a game against manager Rob Edwards' former club.
The Town boss made over a century of appearances for the West Midlands side in a four-year spell, before returning to coach at both senior and academy level, including having a period as interim head coach following the exit of Walter Zenga in 2016.
Now under the management of Julen Lopetegui, Wolves finished 13th in the Premier League last term after the Spaniard inspired a second half of the season recovery from being bottom of the table when he took over in December.
Kick-off at Molineux is 7.30pm.
