We are excited to re-launch our seasonal Hatters and Junior Hatters membership schemes!
By joining our membership scheme fans will have priority to gain access to home and away tickets*, exclusive Hatters membership-only items, monthly prize draws and a match-by-match ticket draw, whilst also building up your loyalty.
The Hatters membership scheme will continue to fill the gap between a season card and purchasing match-by-match tickets. Hatters members unable to secure a Season Card, or those who support the Club from afar, will have a priority window to purchase home match tickets at Kenilworth Road, increasing your chance of visiting the Kenny on a more regular basis. Please see priority purchasing windows detailed below:
Home Games:
- All season card holders have access to their seats via their Season Card.
- Diamond Season Card holders can book up to one additional ticket (one of the three vouchers).
- 2023/24 members who also purchased a 2022/23 membership will have the opportunity to purchase one ticket per member (like-for-like age band).
- 2023/24 members with a previous purchasing history on the ticketing database as of 10th May 2023 will be able to purchase one ticket per member (like-for-like age band).
- General sale (with a purchase history) or *2023/24 members without a previous purchase history.
Away Games:
- Diamond, Executive and Away Season Card holders one ticket per person (like-for-like age band).
- Season Card holders one ticket per person (like-for-like age band).
- 2023/24 members who also purchased a 2022/23 membership will have the opportunity to purchase one ticket per member (like-for-like age band).
- 2023/24 members with a previous purchasing history on the ticketing database as of 10th May 2023 will be able to purchase one ticket per member (like-for-like age band).
- General sale (with a purchase history) or 2023/24 members without a previous purchase history.
When you sign up to the Hatters membership scheme using your unique client reference number you will gain access to your appropriate priority window to purchase match tickets (shown above). Diamond Season Card holders have access to tickets in the first window, Season Card holders and members can purchase guest tickets when tickets are on general sale in the fifth priority window.
Adults can purchase their membership for £50 and Junior Hatters (Under-17s) for £10.
The benefits include:
- A priority window on home tickets (not applicable in your first season of membership if you do not have a previous purchase history on the ticketing database)
- A priority window on away tickets (not applicable in your first season of membership if you do not have a previous purchase history on the ticketing database)
- Free entry to all development and youth team games played at Kenilworth Road (*we reserve the right to exclude some Cup fixtures)

- Quarterly newsletter
- Welcome letter
- Monthly prize draws for signed merchandise
- Match-by-match prize draw for a pair of tickets

If you are unaware of your client reference number, please DO NOT register a new account as this will not show previous purchase history, instead contact on memberships@lutontown.co.uk and we will respond with your customer reference details.
If you have previously purchased on behalf of a child who attends with you and who does not have their own account, please register them an account and purchase the junior membership, after this email memberships@lutontown.co.uk with the client reference number and your own account details, and we will assign the correct privileges to the junior account.
Once you have joined the membership scheme you will receive immediate priority ticketing rights and entry into prize draws. If ordering prior to the season, your membership pack should be received by the end of September. After this point, memberships will be sent on a monthly basis.
