Henri Lansbury joins Scottish duo Allan Campbell and Robert Snodgrass in midfield, and up-front, Danny Hylton and Cameron Jerome start together.

Jordan Clark is named on the bench having been absent from the matchday squad since victory against Hull in March.

Substitutes: Isted, Potts, Cornick, Mendes Gomes, Clark, Kioso, Muskwe.
