On a sunny evening in Harpenden, Millar Matthews-Lewis kicked-off preceedings with a goal in the third minute before his fellow striker Tobias Barney got in on the act shortly after.
Matthews-Lewis added his second and Town's third before midfielder Daniel Idiakhoa slotted home his first goal in a Luton shirt after joining from Newport Pagnell Town this summer.
The pack was shuffled on the hour mark and Josh Allen made his mark shortly after being introduced with a prodded finish past the home keeper.
Tra Lucas concluded the scoring with a smart header from Conor Lawless' cross, as the Development Squad secured their second win of the week - scoring 15 goals in the process.
