We can confirm that Luton Town attacker Carlos Mendes Gomes has joined Sky Bet League One side Fleetwood Town on a season-long loan.
The 23-year-old Spaniard made 14 appearances for the Hatters last season after signing from League Two play-off winners Morecambe last summer.
Mendes Gomes netted once and assisted twice in the 2021-22 campaign and was an instrumental part of our run to the fifth round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The wide man has made one appearance this season, scoring a rocket against Newport County in the Carabao Cup, which was nominated for the Goal of the Round.
