Senior Safeguarding Manager

The role requires an experienced and qualified Senior Safeguarding Manager who has excellent knowledge of working with children, ideally within an educational and/or sporting environment.  

This position is a new role for the Club, and as such, we are looking for a pragmatic and resilient individual to drive and unify the Clubs Safeguarding strategy across all Club premises, with the support of the Designated Safeguarding Officers.

The Senior Safeguarding Manager will primarily be responsible for managing and reporting safeguarding concerns, drafting, implementing, and enforcing policies & procedures to safeguard children, young adults, and adults at risk across the Academy, Club and Community Trust.

HR Manager

The HR Manager will provide a comprehensive HR service, responsible for implementing and overseeing processes and policies, alongside providing direction and guidance.  The role is a mix of hands-on operational administrative work, combined with projects, to strengthen the overall HR function and enhance performance and achieve business objectives within budget. 

The role requires an experienced HR professional with a pragmatic approach, preferably who has worked within a football environment or an environment familiar with casual/ seasonal workers. The successful candidate will be degreed educated and an accredited member of the CIPD.

Ground Staff

To role will support the Head Groundsman and ground staff team in the day-to-day management of the Club’s premises, with particular focus on the maintenance and preparation of the pitch for first team home fixtures and other matches. 

This will extend to the training facility and across all Club premises. This is a busy and varied role, where matchday and work out of hours is required.

The role requires an experienced individual who has successfully maintained football pitches and surrounding areas to a professional standard. The individual must also hold the appropriate technical qualification, such as; Level 2 City & Guilds Diploma in Sports and Amenity Turf Maintenance, or an NVQ Level 2 Sports Turf Management.

Maintenance Assistant

The purpose of the role is to provide day to day maintenance support as part of the Facilities team to ensure the smooth running of the Club’s operations. The role reports into the Site & Facilities Manager, who will oversee all works required and manage the department accordingly.

This is a busy and varied role, where matchday and work out of hours is required.  

Please only apply if you have proven experience working within a general maintenance role. Knowledge of Health & Safety in terms of working at height regulations, manual handling and COSHH is preferred.

Marketing Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Marketing Executive to play a pivotal part in the development and running of the Marketing department.

The purpose of this role is to support the Commercial department in maximising income revenue, using all available marketing streams with the delivery of effective marketing campaigns. This includes online and offline marketing, such as; the Club website and social media channels, email marketing, direct mail, search engine optimisation, pay per click and traditional advertising.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and be an accredited member of the CIM. They must also have experience working within a marketing role, ideally within football or sport.

Academy Lead Youth Development (U15/16) Coach

The Lead U15/16 YDP Coach will work predominantly within our Youth Development Phase, implementing the Academy coaching programme and developing players technically, tactically, physically and psycho-socially. They will also be required to assist the PDP Coaching staff on designated days.

The successful candidate must hold their UEFA A Licence and relevant Youth Award Modules, as well as being committed and passionate in successfully developing our young football players.

Our Catering team have a number of open casual matchday roles, such as:

  • Back of House - Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Kitchen Porter, and;
  • Front of House – Kiosk Bar Staff, Kiosk/Bar Supervisors, Hospitality Bar Supervisor, Waiting Staff.

Matchday Safety Steward

Have you got what it takes to be a crowd Safety Steward at Kenilworth stadium?

If so, you could be one of the people we are looking for to join our casual stewarding team for 2021- 2022.

As a Real Living Wage employer we offer a competitive rate of pay alongside training, experience and development opportunities in an exciting and diverse atmosphere.

Interviews will be held throughout the season alongside induction and training sessions.

Crowd Safety Stewards will be required to work towards or already hold an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Stewarding. Full training will be provided to achieve this certification.
