We are delighted to welcome our new partners – The Turmeric Co. – who have come on board to provide their nutritional drinks to the Luton Town first team.
The Turmeric Co produce a unique range of delicious turmeric shots. Their recipe has been developed over a decade, with each shot providing a combination of powerful fresh ingredients including Turmeric, Ginger and Beetroot. Their nutritious product range is a carefully selected combination of nature’s most naturally beneficial foods. Deliciously refreshing in taste, the range uses unique blends, designed to maximise the absorption of raw turmeric root in every shot.
Head of Sports Science James Redden said: “We’re delighted to have The Turmeric Co. on board as a nutritional partner within the club. Our nutritional support is very important to us and the range of shots offered by The Turmeric Co. are excellent in helping reduce soreness and inflammation whilst also helping with immune system support and endurance performance. Since we have been using them with the players, the uptake and feedback has been excellent and I am confident that their introduction will help improve our performance and recovery from games going forward.”
The Turmeric Co. was founded by West Brom and Wales striker Thomas Hal Robson-Kanu, following his own experience recovering from injury, and already supply their products to many professional sportspeople including former WBO World Champion Johnny Nelson, sprinter Adam Gemili, two-time World Champion boxer Nigel Benn and Newcastle United captain Jamaal Lascelles.
