The ticket office would like to advise supporters who had purchased match tickets for games that were postponed as a result of the Coronavirus crisis that they have now processed all the forms that were completed in relation to matchday tickets refunds - whether to convert ticket purchases into a donation and receive the relevant package - or to request a refund.
All card refund requests have now been actioned and should be received by supporters by Tuesday 30th June at the latest. We would politely ask supporters who requested a refund and paid for their tickets with cash to contact the ticket office.
As part of the home tickets refund package all supporters who agreed to donate the value of the tickets they held for cancelled games have been sent one iFollow match pass per ticket donated. These were sent with instructions of how to redeem by e mail. If anybody has not received the number of pass codes they expected then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Lastly, vouchers for both home and away donations will now be processed. These will currently be left at the Ticket Office for collection at a later date. Once the club shops are open if these are required please collect or contact the Ticket Office and we can arrange to send these out.
If we did not receive either form from supporters then , as per previous communication, by default we will have treated your purchase as a donation. If this is not what you wanted then we would urge you to contact email@example.com as soon as possible

- 1 x iFollow code per ticket
- 50% of value of tickets in vouchers
- Away Match Donation
- 100% of ticket value in vouchers.
All vouchers can be used in either Club Shop, for home or away ticket purchase, or food and catering next season.
