RETAIL UPDATE | CLUB STORES TO REOPEN FROM 11AM TODAY!

Ticket office also open to public, but please help us Hatters by following the new rules...

We are pleased to inform supporters that from this morning at 11am, our club shops and the ticket office will reopen their doors to the public.

Our stadium and Park Street stores have been closed to the public for almost four months in line with government advice to help prevent the spread of Covid-19, and we thank all of our loyal customers for both your patience andcontinued support, with your online shopping proving vital to the club’s cashflow during this unprecedented crisis.

We will open both shops from 11am this morning (Friday 10th July), but there will be some changes as to how we operate.

Here’s what you need to know to help you shop safely, and make business as smooth as possible as the club’s retail team continue to operate with a skeleton staff...

 

Opening Times:

Stadium

Mon-Fri: 11am-4pm

 

Park Street

Tue-Sat: 11am-4pm

 

Stadium Shop

  • When you visit the stadium club shop you will need to visit the ticket office so that a member of staff can open the shop.
  • Only 4 customers will be permitted in the store at any one time.
  • We will only be accepting card payments. No cash payments will be permitted.
  • For your safety, Club shop staff will be required to wear visors.
  • Whilst on the premises, customers are asked to sanitise their hands upon entry. Sanitiser will be available at the shop entrance.
  • We ask all customers stay at least two metres socially distanced apart from all other customers when browsing and queueing.
  • We will be unable to print names on new replica shirt while you wait however we are offering a 48 hour printing service.
  • We ask that all customers follow the one-way system in place.

 

Park Street Store

  • Only 6 customers will be permitted in the store at any one time.
  • Customers will be asked to queue outside and wait to be invited in.
  • We will only be accepting card payments. No cash payments will be permitted.
  • For your safety, Club shop staff will be required to wear visors.
  • Customers will be asked to sanitise their hands upon entry. Sanitiser will be available at the shop entrance.
  • We ask all customers stay at least two metres socially distanced apart from all other customers when browsing and queueing.
  • We will be unable to print names on new replica shirt while you wait however we are offering a 48 hour printing service.
  • We ask that all customers follow the one-way system in place.

 

Ticket Office

  • Opening times until further notice will be 11am-4pm Monday to Friday only.
  • Only one supporter will be able to enter the Ticket Office at any one time.
  • For your safety, Ticket Office staff will be required to wear visors.
  • Customers are asked to sanitise their hands upon entry. Sanitiser will be available at the Ticket Office entrance.

Ticket office phone lines will continue to be covered but with the following reduced hours:-

Monday - 11am-4pm

Tuesday - 11am-4pm

Friday - 11am-4pm

Supporters can also email ticketoffice@lutontown.co.uk if they require assistance outside of these hours.
