Ahead of Saturday’s home fixture with Reading, we can confirm that discussions over the continued availability of the players we have on loan have now concluded with their parent clubs.

Defenders James Bree and Cameron Carter-Vickers will remain on loan from Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur respectively, as will Izzy Brown from Chelsea. Eunan O’Kane will continue his rehabilitation from injury as part of the 18-month arrangement with Leeds United.

Luke Bolton, however, will return to Manchester City and will not feature again this season for the Hatters.

The 20-year-old’s substitute appearance at Leeds on Tuesday night was his 28th of the 2019-20 campaign and we would like to thank him for his efforts and service in that time both on and off the pitch.

Luke has been a model professional and has been involved in many community activities on behalf of the club. We wish him every success in his future career at the Etihad Stadium.
