Due to the Covid-19 crisis bringing the 19/20 season to an early finish, the Ticket Office/Club Shop have been receiving queries on the use of vouchers that had been unable to be redeemed, or are due from your kind donations.
Also with the first arrival of the 20/21 home shirts, we would like to advise the process for redeeming this year’s Diamond shirt vouchers.
20/21 Diamond Shirt Voucher
These vouchers are currently available for collection from the Ticket Office. Once collected they can be used against any of the 20/21 replica shirts. They can also be used as a £20 discount from any other retail item.
If you wish to use the voucher in the Park Street shop and have not collected it, club shop staff will be able to process your order and record its use (proof of identity will be required).
If you wish to use your voucher to pre-order either the white or navy shirts please visit the Park St store or email clubshop@lutontown.co.uk
19/20 Diamond Shirt Voucher
If you had not redeemed this voucher when the season was curtailed, then you can still do so before the end of the 20/21 Season. The voucher can still be used on 19/20 replica shirts while stocks last, or £20 discount from any 19/20 stock (Please note, these cannot be used on 20/21 replica shirts or training wear).
19/20 Hospitality Voucher
This voucher can still be used as a £50 Club Shop voucher before the end of the 20/21 Season. It can again be used on any 19/20 stock (These cannot be used on 20/21 replica shirts or training wear).
19/20 Buy Back Vouchers
Supporters with an unused Buy Back voucher will also be able to use these throughout the 20/21 Season. These can be used at any catering unit when fans are admitted to games, or in either Club Shop on 19/20 merchandise.
Refund Vouchers for donated Match day and Season Tickets (excluding Legends Package)
These vouchers will be available for collection by w/c 17th August.
They can be used against:-
- Club Retail (including 20/21 replica shirts and training wear)
- Home and away matchday tickets
- Catering Units on a matchday
