To ensure that all supporters’ questions are answered online, the Town are pleased to reveal we now have a live Twitter support page, @HattersHelp.
Throughout the season we receive 1000s of questions about tickets, retail and commercial, but aren’t always able to assist, with enquiries sometimes unfortunately missed.
@HattersHelp will be run by members of staff in each of those departments to ensure that any questions are answered promptly and correctly, as well as giving information updates on points of interest such as the amount of tickets sold for a game.
Supporters are encouraged to fire any questions they have in the direction of @HattersHelp, rather than the official Luton Town account, as the club Twitter will no longer reply to questions regarding any of the above departments. This is to stop supporters’ feeds being clogged up with information that might not be relevant to them!
So please give @HattersHelp a follow, who are able to answer questions on weekdays from 10am-5pm
