Kitchen Assistant, Public Area Cook, Match Day Bar Staff & Kiosk Assistant

We're looking for candidates to join our catering team.

We have several roles open in within our catering department (Kitchen Assistant, Public Area Cook, Match Day Bar Staff & Kiosk Assistant).

Kitchen Assistant

Purpose of Role:

  • The role includes a day to day food and beverage operation, stock control, receiving and delivering dry goods, fresh and frozen goods and disposables products.
  • Provide operational support to chef on duty with preparation and serving of breakfast and lunch.
  • Assist in maintaining high standard rating for food safety

Dimensions of the Role:

  • Receive and check deliveries, sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
  • Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.
  • Ensuring fridge/freezer temperature are recorded in accordance with the regulations.
  • Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
  • Ensuring condiments and self-service areas are tidy and topped up at all times.
  • Ensuring dining tables are kept clean, cutlery washed and replaced into appropriate areas.
  • Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts.
  • Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas, disposing of rubbish.

Public Area Cook

Purpose of Role:

  • Provision of a match day food and beverage operation. This role includes the cooking of public food, stock control and dealing with customer needs.
  • Provide operational support on match days and events.
  • Assist in maintaining a high standard for food and hygiene.
  • To produce hot food to company standard in a safe and hygienic manner.
  • To ensure all public areas are fully stocked throughout Service

Dimensions of the Role:

  • To prepare and cook food for public areas as directed by Head Chef/Catering Retail manager in line with the company Distribution sheets.
  • Ensuring all movements of stock are recorded and issues reported to management team. All food cooked for a specific area must be recorded on area stock sheets.
  • Ensuring the food preparation & Public Kiosk areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic manner at all times.
  • Supporting the closedown of public areas and ensuring all equipment used adheres to company standards. This includes removing and securing all stock, cleaning and sanitising surfaces, and equipment is left ready for the next service.
  • Report maintenance, accidents, health & safety and Hygiene issues to Head Chef/Retail Catering manager immediately.

Match Day Bar Staff

Must be aged 18 or above

Purpose of Role:

  • The role includes a match day food and beverage operation, stock control, cash handling, dealing with customer needs, High standard of cleaning.
  • Provide operational support on match days and events.
  • Assist in maintaining high standard rating for food and hygiene safety.

Dimensions of the Role:

  • Ensuring all movements of stock are recorded and issues reported to management team.
  • Selling a range of products through the Kiosks & Public Bars
  • Washing utensils, or equipment making sure they are stored appropriately.
  • Adhere to Licensing restrictions and enforce a proactive approach to “Challenge 25”.
  • Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
  • Ensuring a high level of cleanliness in Public Bars at all times including at close of the venue.
  • Cleaning, stock up and preparation of Public Bars.
  • Supporting the close down of Public Bars to company’s standards, including removing and securing all stock, surfaces are cleared and clean, all equipment is clean and presented ready for the next service.
  • Ensuring that general housekeeping standards are maintained, including cleaning of all areas.
  • Report maintenance, accidents and health & safety issues using the company procedures.

Kiosk Assistant

Purpose of Role:

  • The role includes a match day food and beverage operation, stock control, cash handling, dealing with customer needs, High standard of Cleaning, some food or Beverage preparation
  • Provide operational support on match days and events.
  • Assist in maintaining high standard rating for food and hygiene safety.

Dimensions of the Role:

  • Ensuring all movements of stock are recorded and issues reported to management team.
  • Selling a range of products through the Kiosks & Public Bars
  • Washing utensils, or equipment making sure they are stored appropriately.
  • Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
  • Ensuring a high level of cleanliness in Kiosk at all times including at close of the venue.
  • Cleaning, stock up and preparation of Kiosks.
  • Supporting the close down of Kiosks to company’s standards, including removing and securing all stock, surfaces are cleared and clean, all equipment is clean and presented ready for the next service.
  • Ensuring that general housekeeping standards are maintained, including cleaning of all areas.
  • Report maintenance, accidents and health & safety issues using the company procedures.
