The Hatters secured the services of Izzy Brown for the 2019/20 season yesterday as he arrived from Premier League Chelsea on loan.

Brown said: “I am over the moon that the move finally happened, I am very excited to be here. The manager seems like he’s going to get the best out of me and that’s what I need at this moment in my career, to be playing football, and I think that Luton is the best place for me.
“I think with the team that Luton have, I watched the game the other day and the way they play football, it’s the way it should be played! So I think Luton is the best suit for me, I can’t wait to get on the pitch and play for this club.
“My girlfriend is from Lewsey Farm, just around the corner from here and her family still live here. So I think that helped my decision quite a bit. My family are happy here and hopefully they’ll be happy seeing me on the pitch playing. I have already tried to get some more tickets than what the club said they could give me for them!”
