Hatters boss Nathan Jones has made one change to the side that defeated Scunthorpe United last weekend, as former Tykes striker Elliot Lee makes way for James Justin.
The forward went off just before half-time in the 3-2 victory over the Iron with a hamstring injury and hasn't recovered in time to feature against his former side.
Justin will slot into midfield alongside Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu, with Jorge Grant playing at the point of the diamond, whilst striker Danny Hylton makes the bench for the first time since he hobbled off against Shrewsbury Town.
