INFO FROM NOTTS COUNTY FOR TRAVELLING HATTERS FANS

The Magpies have sent the following advice for Town fans heading to Meadow Lane

4 May 2018

We have received the following guidance from Notts County ahead of Saturday's visit to Meadow Lane for the final game of our Sky Bet League Two promotion-winning season.

Around 4,500 Hatters supporters will be in attendance and they are advised of the following information.

Tickets

Under no circumstances will any tickets be sold to away supporters on matchday.

Any Luton fans found to be in home areas will be ejected from the stadium and will not, under any circumstances, be relocated to the away end.

Please do not travel to the match if you don’t have a ticket.

Please arrive early

Due to the high volume of away supporters, queues at the turnstiles are likely to be very busy close to kick-off.

Please, therefore, arrive early if possible.

Turnstiles open at 1.30pm and refreshments are available inside the concourse.

Supporters' buses pick-up/drop off

Luton supporters using official club transport will be dropped off and picked up from the Brian Clough car park (Nottingham Forest FC) on Scarrington Road, approximately a 10-minute walk away from Meadow Lane.

Parking

Supporters will be able to park in Nottingham Forest’s Brian Clough car park (details above) at a cost of £3 per vehicle.

Entering the stadium

Luton supporters are advised to check the block number on their ticket and enter via the appropriate turnstile:

Block Z: 21-24

Block: Y: 24-27

Block X: 27-31

Please be advised that search detection dogs will be stationed outside turnstiles around the ground.

Supporters are asked to retain their ticket after entering the stadium to help them find their allocated seat (see below for more information).

Please sit in your allocated seat

The away end will be close to capacity and it is therefore essential supporters sit in the seat shown on their ticket. Fans are also asked to take their seat as early as possible.

Clear signage will be on display and stewards will be on hand to help you find your way.

Police updates

@NottPolFootball and @LutonFC_Police’s  Twitter accounts will be providing live updates on matchday and in the build-up.

Road closure

County Road (behind the away end), Iremonger Road and Cattle Market Road will be closed from 4.30pm – 5.15pm to allow for the safe dispersal of supporters.

Parking is not suspended on Iremonger Road, however no vehicles will be able to exit any car parks on that road from full-time until it is deemed safe.

Exit from Cattle Market Road on to Incinerator Road will be prevented for approximately 20 minutes following the game’s conclusion.
