After a pitch inspection at The Abbey this afternoon, it has been decided that although the pitch is playable, there will be a final decision made at 9:30am in the morning.
The inspection will be conducted by replacement match referee John Brooks, who has been appointed in place of Brett Huxtable to prevent the original man in the middle from having to travel up from his home in Devon in the current weather conditions.
We will pass on any news from the inspection as soon as we hear from the U's, and thank Hatters supporters for your patience at this time.
There are a handful of tickets remaining for purchase from the Ticket Office for this fixture, which can be bought up until 12pm tomorrow. These can be purchased online, over the phone on 01582 416976 or in person. Should the game be called off, these tickets will be valid for the rearranged fixture.
