Young Luton Town midfielder Kavan Cotter will spend the rest of the season on loan at Oxford City alongside fellow Hatter Frankie Musonda.

Cotter, 18, has spent the majority of the current campaign on a youth loan at Evo-Stik South Premier Division club Hitchin Town, making 37 appearances for the Canaries.

His latest one-month spell at Top Field has concluded, however, and the midfielder has now stepped up a level of the Non-League Pyramid to Vanarama National League South to spend the rest of the season at Court Place Farm.

While at Oxford, Cotter will be in the same side as Musonda, whose youth loan with City has been been extended to the end of the season.

The 20-year-old has made five appearances so far during his first month at the club where there is already a sizeable ex-Kenilworth Road contingent, with Joe Deeney assistant-manager and Craig King, Godfrey Poku and Rob Sinclair on the playing staff.
