Striker James Collins has won the August Diamond Player of the Month award after a string of fine performances.
It was a close vote between the 26-year-old and keeper Marek Stech, with the forward receiving 52% of the vote, beating the ex-Yeovil Town man who polled 39 per cent.
The trophy will be presented after Saturday’s game against Chesterfield by Diamond season ticket holder Sean Devlin.
