The Hatters head to Crewe Alexandra tomorrow hoping to make it three wins in a week and cement their place at the top of Sky Bet League Two.
Wins over Cambridge United and Carlisle United propelled the Town to the summit of the fourth tier, with the trip to Gresty Road the Hatters' last obstacle in going unbeaten in November.
Town have suffered just one defeat on the road in nine league outings this season, picking up 14 points in the process and conceding the least amount of goals away from home in the division (seven).
Crewe currently find themselves in 19th place, three points clear of the relegation zone, having picked up a majority of their points at Gresty Road (14).
The Railwaymen's top scorer so far this campaign, Chris Porter, has notched seven goals for his new side, having joined in the summer from fellow League Two outfit Colchester United.
THE GAFFER SAYS:
On the run of form and being top of the league: "At the minute it's a good place to be, but we've got to make sure we try to finish the week off well. It's a difficult game for us away at Crewe, so far we've had two very difficult sides when you look at those fixtures.
"With Cambridge, it's kind of a local one to us, games we've had against those are very difficult and in the past, Carlisle's been a very difficult fixture and it proved to be that. It's just we had a real clinical edge first half to us, I'm pleased and it's a good place to be be."
On filling the void left by the injured Scott Cuthbert, who is out until the New Year with a groin injury: "Johnny Mullins stepped in the other day against Carlisle and was pretty seamless in terms of how he goes about his job and contributed massively to a clean sheet.
"So we could dwell on it, we've lamented the fact we don't have Scott available – but now we have to move on as we have others who can step in and do the job and that's good for us.
"Johnny trained today, it was precautionary and when we were 3-0 up, it's the time you can look after people even if it was for 10 minutes."
On Akin Famewo getting a few minutes towards the end of the game against the Cumbrians: "He's training at a level, and we had an opportunity to loan him out a couple of weeks ago, but we felt he was too close and that's proved to be the right decision, as we couldn't envisage that Scotty was going to be out and we'd be one down.
"He's one we have high hopes for here and we want to keep him around. The trouble is with these young players they're very impatient, they want to test themselves, they believe they should be playing first team football and it's just about doing things right as we can't keep everyone happy.
"The young ones have to be patient at times, so as long as they trust us with being able to handle them, then they will be fine."
WHO?
A Championship outfit as recently as 2006, the Railwaymen are now in their second season back in Sky Bet League Two following on from their relegation from the third tier in 2016. David Artell took over from Steve Davis at the beginning of January and managed to guide the club away from the relegation zone.

Tickets for this fixture are now off sale but there will be a limited number of tickets available for pay on the day at the away ticket office from 12pm.
LAST TIME WE PLAYED?
The Hatters took four points off the Alex last season, drawing at home before picking up three points on the road in impressive fashion, despite seeing Alan Sheehan pick up a red card early on in the second half. Jack Senior came on at left back to fill the gap – making his first career appearance in the EFL in the process – as Jack Marriott and Jake Gray goals, after Ryan Lowe had put Crewe in front, sealed victory.
The Town have played the Railwaymen 24 times, stretching back over 50 years. The Kenilworth Road outfit have won 11 times, lost nine and drawn four.
