The Hatters Under-18s kick-off their FA Youth Cup campaign at Kenilworth Road tonight when Stevenage are the visitors for a 7pm kick-off.
Coach Inigo Idiakez is hoping the lads can put their EFL Youth Alliance South-East Division struggles behind them in front of what he hopes will be a sizeable crowd under the Kenny lights for the first round tie.
“We are looking forward to it and I think they are ready for that,” said Idiakez after training on Monday. “We trained really, really well today. We worked a little bit on the shape, and the way we want to play, and hopefully we can have a really good day.
“They are going to be under proper pressure playing at the stadium, so hopefully they are ready for that. Everyone is going there to watch them play, and is looking forward to the game.”
Kick-off tonight is 7pm with admission £3 for adults and £1 for concessions under-18.
