The Hatters Community Trust are offering a variety of FREE sports qualification based courses for adults later this month covering both FA Coaching qualifications and Sports Leaders awards.
Course 1 - FEMALE LEVEL 1 COACHING CERTIFICATE
Female only FA Level 1 Coaching Certificate for Luton women over 19 years of age who want to get into football and put their skills to work with local youngsters. The course will give applicants the opportunity to develop new skills, confidence and motivation to become involved in volunteering and employment opportunities with the Trust. The course also covers Safeguarding and First Aid awards.

Course 2 - GO LEAD-GO STRESS FREE SPORTS LEADER AWARDS
'Is your mate off his Game' is a 6 week programme for Luton men aged over 19 who are suffering from stress - most of us we imagine! Stress is now recognised as a mental health problem which also affects physical health and our course uses football activity and match situations to discover coping strategies for everyday life - we even throw in a 5 a side footy session at each session as well as a sports leaders qualification.

Course 3 - GET STARTED WITH FOOBALL SPORTS LEADER AWARDS
Staring next month the Trust is teaming up with the Princess Trust to offer a Level 1 Sports Leaders qualification to 16 to 25 year olds currently out of work and not in college. It's a full week course that will help participants with communication skills with a view to moving onto further education, training or employment. The Princess Trust also provides 3 months of support following the course.
