The gaffer picks strong side to face Spireites

Manager Nathan Jones has selected a strong side to face Chesterfield in the last 16 of the Checkatrade Trophy tonight.

Goalkeeper Christian Walton, centre-half Glen Rea and midfielders Jake Gray and Jonathan Smith, who will wear the captain’s armband, all start from the team that kicked off at Accrington in the FA Cup on Saturday.

Stephen O’Donnell, Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu and Jack Marriott, who all came on as substitutes at the Wham Stadium, are all in the starting line-up too, along with Craig Mackail-Smith, Jordan Cook and young defenders Frankie Musonda and Jack Senior.
