Nathan Jones encourages fans to get involved with sending messages to Luton Borough Council

Hatters boss Nathan Jones has urged fans to read up on Power Court and Newlands Park and send their views into Luton Borough Council.

Speaking during his press conference yesterday, Jones spoke of how important it is for the club’s future that as many people get involved as possible.

Luton Borough Council recently reported they had received over 2000 messages regarding the plans set out by the football club.

Jones said: “Every single opinion and voice counts. We urge not just fans, but people in the local area to read everything and make your minds up on it.

“We feel it is a great thing for the area, if you think it’s a good thing for your area, then write in and tell them, because I promise you, it will be.”

Please write to Development Control, Luton Borough Council, Luton, LU1 2BQ, or mail developmentcontrol@luton.gov.uk

Copy in your local MP and info@2020developments.co.uk and make sure you include your name, address and the planning application reference numbers: Power Court – 16/01400 and Newlands Park 16/01401.

State the reasons why you support both applications clearly. Remember one can’t happen without the other – and tell everyone you know to do the same!

Jones was speaking ahead of the Hatters match against Grimsby Town in the Sky Bet League Two. You can purchase tickets for the game from the ticket office and online by clicking here.
