Hitchin take on the Gunners this Thursday
To mark the unveiling of Top Field’s new floodlights, Hitchin Town are taking on an Arsenal XI this Thursday evening.
A number of ex-Hatters will be in attendance at the home of the Canaries, including Mick Harford and Kingsley Black.
Former Arsenal defender Pat Rice will perform the official opening of the floodlights at around 7:30pm, for what is a ‘pay what you want match’.
In recent months, Top Field has hosted two of Town’s development squad fixtures, including the recent 3-2 victory against Leyton Orient.
Turnstiles for Thursday’s game at Top Field will open at 6:15pm, for the 7:45pm kick-off.
