Jack Marriott cleans up at the Trust end of season dinner

The Luton Town Supporters' Trust Annual Presentation Evening was held at Venue 360 on Sunday evening, with Hatters Player commentator Simon Pitts helping to hand out the awards, including the prestigious player of the season award.

The Outstanding Contribution Award went to Les Miller. Les is the travel co-ordinator of the Bobbers Travel Club, was a founder of the Supporters Trust in 2003, and has been Treasurer of the Trust ever since. An incredible fact is that Les has only missed eight league games (three home and five away) since December 1976. Well done Les!

The goal of the season award went to Luke Guttridge for his superb long distance lob-shot away at Cambridge.

The Bobbers Club away player of the season was names as Jack Marriott. Jack, our top goal scorer this season with 14 goals, has started 24 times and has come on as a substitute 19 times. Appearing 43 times, Jack has scored every 163 minutes.

The Young Members player of the season (chosen by junior members) was Cameron McGeehan. Cam has started 36 times with 8 appearances as substitute and has scored 13 goals. With 44 total appearances he has found found the back of the net every 257 minutes.

Other awards presented on the evening were as follows:
  • Young Player, chosen by LTFC Management team - joint Jack Marriott & Cameron McGeehan
  • Internet Player of the Season - Jack Marriott
  • Players' Player of the season - Jack Marriott
  • Luton Town Supporters Trust Player of the Season - Jack Marriott
Congratulations to all. A massive thanks to the Trust for organising the event and to Simon Pitts for hosting.
