Young Hatters aim for first points in Merit division
The Town youth team aim to pick up their first points in the Merit League when they entertain Gillingham at Ely Way on Saturday morning.Boss Paul Driver has blooded under-15 and under-16 players in their three Merit League fixtures so far, and Driver has been impressed with their mature performances despite losing to Leyton Orient, Wimbledon and Bournemouth.
This weekend the young Hatters take on a Gillingham side who they twice drew with in the earlier in the campaign in South East section.
Kick-off is at 11am at Ely Way and spectators are welcome. A report will be online later on Saturday afternoon.
