Boss hails Hatters hordes ahead of Barnet tripA sell-out away end at Barnet on Easter Monday is giving Nathan Jones added excitement.
The last of the 1,800 tickets were snapped up by Hatters fans last week.
And Jones paid tribute to the Hatters hordes, who have seen their side win five of their six matches away from home since the manager took control.
“I don't expect anything different – it gives me goosebumps that, 1,800 to take away down there,” said the boss.
“We'll fill that end – what a great occasion – and we're going to put out a team that hopefully they can be proud of, but that's just unbelievable, outstanding.
“I saw Portsmouth the other day and they must have taken 1,500 and filled the end, so we're taking more than them. That's phenomenal but that's the club.
“The fans are your lifeblood and we want to give them a team that they can be proud of and I think we're getting there or least making steps to do that.
“The away wins really do feel special and those who travel away regularly have been rewarded lately and we hope to do that again.”
