The stats you need to know in the wake of the Town's 2-0 win

• Jones remains unbeaten in four games as a manager, including the caretaker role at Brighton (W2, D2).

• The Hatters ended a run of 13 games without a win in a league fixture at Mansfield (D6, L7 previously).

• Paddy McCourt’s goal was the Town’s first in 367 minutes of football. It was also the Northern Ireland international’s first goal in Luton colours.

• The Town achieved their first double of the season having previously won 1-0 against Mansfield back in September.

• The Hatters have now kept three clean sheets in their last four matches.

• Defender Alan Sheehan was the 27th different player to play for the Town this season.

• Youth team captain Frankie Musonda became the 28th player to be used when coming on as an injury-time substitute.

• Musonda was the first academy graduate to be given their Town league debut since Zane Banton at Woking in September 2013.
