Luke Guttridge has left the Hatters

Midfielder Luke Guttridge has had his contract at Kenilworth Road cancelled by mutual consent.

The 33-year-old was a driving force behind the Town’s Conference title-winning season, scoring 13 goals in 33 matches in 2013/14.

However, the experienced former Orient, Southend and Northampton man has struggled to break into the Town side this term and has been restricted to just nine starts in all competitions. In total Guttridge scored 19 goals in 74 games for the Hatters.

Everyone at Luton Town would like to thank Luke for his contributions over the past two-and-a-half seasons and wish him the very best of the luck in the rest of his career.
