Hatters youngsters face Wednesday trip to Deepdale
The Town Under-18s’ FA Youth Cup fifth round tie away to Preston North End has been scheduled for Wednesday 10th February, with a 7pm kick-off.
Paul Driver’s side booked their place in the last 16 on Wednesday night with a 1-0 win at Oldham to become the first Town youth side to reach the fifth round since 2003.
Preston – also a category 3 academy side – beat Exeter in the last round and currently sit sixth in the Youth Alliance North West division.
The tie will be played at Deepdale and entry is on the turnstile in the Sir Tom Finney Stand. Admission is £2 for adults and 1 for concession.
Winners of the tie will be away to Aston Villa or Blackburn Rovers.
