New deal on the table for Town midfielder
Hatters midfielder Olly Lee has committed his future to the Club by signing a contract until June 2017.
The 24-year-old originally penned a short-term deal in August but has since impressed in his six appearances in Town colours.
Lee made his Hatters debut in the 1-1 draw with Premier League Stoke City in the Capital One Cup, and scored in the shootout which the Town lost 8-7 on penalties.
He told Hatters Player: “I’m really pleased. I knew I had confidence in myself to do a good job and I’m glad the manager is pleased with my contribution.
“Now I’m looking forward to the rest of this season and the seasons ahead.”
Manager John Still added: “Olly has been excellent since his arrival. He did terrific on his debut to play 120 minutes against a strong Premier League side, and he has fitted seamlessly into our style of play.
“He gives us something different in the centre of midfield, a calm, composed head on the ball.
“It’s a credit to Olly that he’s worked hard and impressed us in such a short space of time for him to be rewarded for his efforts.”
