The stats you (probably don’t) want to know in the wake of Saturday’s defeat at Newport:

• Newport won at home for the first time in League 2 since beating the Hatters in March last season.

• The Town have lost all three games at Rodney Parade against Newport, conceding nine goals.

• Newport’s Oliver McBurnie was the first opposition player to score a hat-trick against the Hatters since Steven Gerrard’s treble for Liverpool in an FA Cup replay at Anfield in 2008.
