Our key objective is to build links with all members of our diverse community in a way that improves the quality of lives through football, regardless of social status, ethnicity, gender or ability. Sport is a highly motivational tool and can encourage, motivate and inspire individuals regardless of background to achieve their potential.
All of our Community programmes are aimed at strengthening self-esteem, developing personal skills, promoting healthy behaviours and lifestyles, and in doing so improve academic achievement, enhance employability and increase the feeling of self-worth and wellbeing.
Each week the Trust engages with over 3,500 individuals through our various programmes in schools , colleges, youth groups and voluntary organisations. The Trusts coaching staff deliver over 70 free hours of curriculum PE every week into local schools reaching over 200 school children each day. Our after schools programmes reach over 400 young children every week and our 15 talent identification centres reach over 350 young players weekly.
