Boss already on the look out
The Town’s recruitment for next season is well under way according to manager John Still.
The season might have finished two weeks ago but the boss is already in discussions with players ahead of the 2015/16 campaign.
“Talks are under way in a few areas,” Still told our official YouTube channel. “Matches are still on in Scotland which we’re going to watch, and we’ll be looking at the Play-Off matches too.
“I think by mid-May all the targets will have been identified and we’ll be making those moves.
“Sometimes the type of player you are after isn’t always there and you need to find ways of finding them.
“The most important thing is to identify the areas and list players who would ideally strengthen that.
“In some cases players are under contract and you can’t get them as clubs won’t let them go so you can’t do the deal.
“But there are many twists and turns in the transfer business and you just have to roll with it.”
